Job Description

1. Network Setup & Configuration

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Implement IP addressing and subnetting schemes
• Set up structured cabling and network racks in call-centre floors
• Configure DHCP, DNS, and VLANs

2. Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor network performance using monitoring tools
• Detect outages and respond quickly to incidents
• Diagnose connectivity problems affecting agents
• Perform root cause analysis and document solutions.

3. Security Management

• Implement firewall rules and access control policies
• Monitor for cyber threats and unusual traffic
• Configure VPN access for remote staff
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards (e.g., ISO, PCI-DSS)

Qualifications:

• 2nd year completed/College Grad

• 5 years relevant experience with networking/firewall

• With at least 2 years of leadership experience

• Cisco Certification - preferred but not required

• Hands-on experience with at least two (2) of the following skills:

-Palo Alto Firewall

-Check Point Firewall

-Panorama

-GlobalProtect VPN

-IPsec and SSL VPNs

-FortiGate Firewall
