Description
- Analyze and interpret construction Mechanical Drawings for residential and commercial properties
- Execute the estimation process for new construction projects and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates for MVAC Works.
- Ensures proposals meet client specifications and budget requirements.
- Assist in coordinating with project managers to transition from estimation to execution.
- Provide detailed cost breakdowns and clarifications as needed
- Takes-off quantities using Plan swift Software and defines the list of materials needed to build the installation. Evaluates technically - financially the offers received from Procurement team and provides technical advice prior offering and purchase.
- Conducts visit to building sites to monitor consumption of materials in close coordination with Project Manager. Proceeds to on-site take-off whenever required. Surveys existing/new installation/sites and provides report. (Site Assessment Report)
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate
- With pleasing personality
- Experienced and has background in HVAC costings for at least 2 years
- Eager to learn
- Can start ASAP
