- Assist the sales team by providing technical support for products and services.

- Analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable manufacturing solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales technical support or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in pre-sale consultation, technical support, demand analysis, and product demonstration.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist potential clients with technical inquiries, conduct product demos, and analyze customer needs.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.
