Position: Multimedia Designer

Jobsite: Makati City

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing assets for both digital and offline platforms (social media, web, email, print, OOH).
• Develop creative concepts, visual graphics, layouts, and motion/video content aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Translate creative briefs and campaign requirements into compelling visual outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and touchpoints.
• With creative team members and local teams on ideation and special projects.
• Revise and optimize designs based on feedback from internal teams and requestors.
• Execute tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Support photo and video shoots, including documentation, on-site production assistance, and post-production needs as required.
• Maintain and ensure the proper handling, organization, cleanliness, and operational
• readiness of creative equipment (e.g., laptop, camera, lighting, audio, and any related production tools).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Multimedia Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across offline and digital marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Figma and/or Canva is a plus.
• Understanding of print production, social media formats, web banners, and email marketing design.
• Ability to conceptualize campaigns that work cohesively across offline and digital channels.
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
