Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Multimedia Designer specializing in apparel graphics and fashion-focused visual concepts. This role is responsible for developing stylish, market-relevant designs for clothing and merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and streetwear collections. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of current fashion trends, branding, and consumer behavior, with the ability to transform ideas into compelling wearable designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs and visual concepts for apparel based on current fashion and streetwear trends.
• Develop seasonal collections and design themes aligned with brand identity and target audience preferences.
• Design prints, patterns, typography, and artwork for various clothing and merchandise items.
• Conduct trend research, competitor analysis, and market monitoring to ensure designs remain fresh, relevant, and commercially appealing.
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are suitable for printing, embroidery, and other garment applications.
• Prepare production-ready artwork files with accurate sizing, placement, and color specifications.
• Revise and enhance designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
• Support branding initiatives, including logo development, campaign visuals, and collection concepts.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all apparel and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in apparel, merchandise, or fashion graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clothing graphics, streetwear concepts, or merchandise designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, particularly in streetwear, casual wear, and youth culture.
• Knowledge of garment decoration processes such as screen printing, DTG printing, heat transfer, and embroidery.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in trend forecasting, concept development, and mood board creation.
• Familiarity with social media trends, fashion influencers, and youth-oriented branding.
• Basic knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and apparel production processes.
• Experience designing for e-commerce, clothing brands, or merchandise campaigns is an advantage.
