- Able to stay abreast the ever-changing media landscape
- Knowledge of the latest developments and trends in the industry, and informs peers of such developments
- Develops basic presentation approaches by reviewing materials and information presented by client
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes;
- Consults with Accounts Team to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, necessary reviews, etc.
- Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives
- Promote a culture of creative quality and accountability and ensure MCI’s creative deliverables meet both our clients’ expectations and our own standards of excellence
- Shows fresh perspective and inspiration in design outputs
- Has a strong understanding of design, web best practices/guidelines, as well as brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- Experience with a variety of Adobe design software for digital development
- Strong familiarity with multimedia and other related systems
- Command over other tasks such as, shoot cut direction, conceptualization and execution
- Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams and know who to engage with in order to create an efficient and smooth process
- Able to understand design and recognize fresh approaches for the work given to him/her
- Deep understanding of interactive environment and a desire to stay abreast of the industry’s newest trends
- Experience connecting and developing interactive solutions with demonstrated results
