• 3+ years doing Graphic Design & Motion Graphics for brands or an agency
• Adobe pro: Photoshop + After Effects (your daily drivers), Premiere as backup
• An eye for good graphic design, storytelling, and video that actually stops the scroll
• You're plugged into design, short-form video, and social trends — not catching up on them
• Bonus points if you use AI tools in your workflow (not required, but a plus)
• Low-maintenance but high-output — disciplined, honest, manages their own time
• Solves creative problems without losing sight of brand guidelines
• Takes feedback well, keeps leveling up
• Based in the areas of Cainta, Pasig, Marikina, Antipolo, or nearby cities
