Job Requirements

• Any bachelor's degree related to video editing, animation and motion graphics.
• With 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
• 2 years minimum experience Photography and Videography is advantage.
• Experience in capturing and editing professional/corporate videos and pictures
• Ability to collaborate with graphic designers, and content writers and creatives lead
• A well-rounded portfolio of client work that demonstrate graphic design skills as well as a strong understanding of client objectives.
• Must be amenable to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots to support marketing campaigns, corporate events, and internal communications.
• Capture high-quality photographs and video footage, ensuring alignment with brand standards and consistency in visual storytelling.
• Edit and enhance photo and video content to deliver professional, engaging outputs across digital platforms, ensuring differentiation from other team projects.
• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, including storyboards and shot lists, to strengthen campaign messaging and visual impact.
• Manage logistics for shoots, including scheduling, location preparation, equipment setup, and lighting arrangements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure visual content aligns with business objectives and campaign goals.
• Maintain and organize a digital archive of multimedia assets for accessibility and efficient project use.
• Provide on-site photography and videography coverage for company events, with timely content preparation for distribution.
• Support the creation of supplementary visual assets, such as layouts, thumbnails, and simple graphics, when required.
• Perform other photography- and videography-related duties as assigned by management, while ensuring quality, creativity, and adherence to brand identity.
