Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and execute engaging multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, and digital visual assets
• Develop content for social media, marketing campaigns, promotions, and internal brand initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to ensure creative alignment and consistent brand execution
• Handle video shooting, editing, and post-production for digital platforms
• Create motion graphics and visual storytelling materials to enhance brand engagement
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
• Manage content timelines and deliverables for campaigns and projects
• Stay updated on digital trends, social media formats, and content strategies

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in multimedia content creation, video editing, or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, graphics, and multimedia work is required
• Experience in retail, food, or FMCG industry is an advantage

Competencies

• Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Attention to detail and strong sense of branding and aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
