JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Multimedia Artist is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, visualizing, and producing high-quality three-dimensional designs, retail environments, event structures, exhibition booths, and experiential marketing materials that effectively communicate client objectives while ensuring production feasibility, functionality, and visual excellence.

The role serves as the bridge between creative concept development and production execution by collaborating closely with Account Management, Project Management, Production, Set-Up, and external suppliers to transform creative ideas into practical and buildable solutions.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Multimedia Artist, you are responsible for developing creative concepts, 3D visualizations, retail designs, booth layouts, technical drawings, key visuals, and presentation materials for client projects. You are likewise expected to ensure that all creative outputs are aesthetically compelling, technically accurate, production-ready, and aligned with project

timelines, budgets, client requirements, and Company quality standards.

The role also supports internal Company initiatives by providing creative concepts, visual presentations, and design recommendations for employee engagement activities, branding initiatives, and other organizational projects as may be assigned by Management.

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Advertising, or any related field.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in 3D visualization, experiential marketing, advertising, retail design, exhibition design, or related creative industries.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating booth design, retail environments, event visualization, and production-ready creative work.
4. Experience in the advertising, events, activation, or retail marketing industry is highly preferred.
