Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of any course; applicants with background in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or related field are preferred
• With experience in multimedia production, video editing, graphic design, photography, or digital content creation
• Proficient in editing and creative software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar platforms
• Skilled in photo and video shooting, editing, color correction, and visual enhancement
• Familiar with creating promotional videos, marketing materials, social media content, and branding visuals
• Knowledgeable in camera handling, lighting setup, audio recording, and basic production workflows
• Creative thinker with strong understanding of visual storytelling and content presentation
• Able to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for digital and print platforms
• Familiar with social media trends, online branding, and content engagement strategies
• Capable of managing multiple creative projects and meeting deadlines efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and file management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities when working with different departments
• Willing to assist in marketing-related activities, events, and content production requirements
• Responsible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

• Produce and edit multimedia materials including videos, graphics, promotional content, and digital assets
• Capture photos and videos for company activities, events, marketing campaigns, and social media use
• Create visual concepts and layouts for advertisements, online promotions, presentations, and branding materials
• Edit raw footage, audio, and images to create engaging multimedia presentations and marketing content
• Assist in planning creative campaigns and developing content ideas aligned with company branding
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments regarding content requirements and project timelines
• Organize and maintain multimedia equipment, raw files, and digital creative assets
• Ensure all multimedia outputs follow company branding and quality standards
• Support event coverage, product shoots, and promotional activities when required
• Perform other multimedia production and creative support tasks assigned by management
