Your Creative Impact (Responsibilities)

As our Senior Multimedia Artist, you'll:  

• Drive visual innovation across multiple platforms, crafting compelling narratives that captivate and convert
• Spearhead creative direction for sophisticated video and design projects from concept to completion
• Create stunning motion graphics that elevate brand messaging to new heights
• Design and execute comprehensive visual systems that set our clients apart
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all deliverables
• Create engaging social media graphics, marketing collateral, and digital assets
• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for digital platforms
• Conceptualize and execute infographics that transform complex data into compelling visual stories
• Pioneer new approaches to visual storytelling across various media
• Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure creative excellence at every touchpoint
• Provide constructive feedback and direction to team members
• Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and asset organization
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies

Working Hours:

- PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone) - Non-negotiable

Compensation (based on current skill, not experience):

- Basic Entry Level MMA starts at $3/hr

- Intermediate Level MMA starts at $4/hr

- Advanced Level MMA starts at $5/hr

• Masterful command of the complete Adobe Creative Suite – your primary tools for excellence
• Expert understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
• Proven expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating versatility and innovation across multimedia projects
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling principles and their application in marketing
• Exceptional eye for detail in composition, spacing, and overall design aesthetics
• Strong understanding of print production and digital design requirements
• Proven ability to maintain pixel-perfect accuracy across all deliverables
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-platform optimization

Equipment Requirement:

Computer Specifications:

- Processor (CPU): A multi-core processor is essential for handling complex video editing tasks. Ideally, an Intel i7 or i9, or AMD Ryzen 7 or 9, with at least 4 cores is recommended to ensure smooth performance during rendering and playback16.

- Memory (RAM): A minimum of 16 GB of RAM is recommended, with 32 GB being ideal for handling larger projects and multitasking effectively12. Higher RAM allows for better performance when working with 4K and higher resolution footage.

Storage:

- SSD (Solid State Drive): At least 250 GB SSD for the operating system and editing software is crucial for fast load times and quick access to files. An external SSD can be used for additional storage of video files.

- HDD (Hard Disk Drive): A secondary HDD with at least 1 TB capacity can be beneficial for archiving projects and storing large files.

Graphics Card (GPU):

- A dedicated GPU is vital for rendering and real-time playback. Look for options like NVIDIA GeForce RTX series or AMD Radeon RX series with a minimum of 4 GB VRAM126. This is particularly important if using software like Adobe Premiere Pro.

Internet Speed:

- Minimum internet speed: 150mbps
