Multi Skilled Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work, including the repair and installation of doors, cabinets, shelves, and other wooden fixtures.
• Conduct basic inspection, troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of air conditioning units, and coordinate major repairs when necessary.
• Perform electrical maintenance, including the troubleshooting and repair of lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, wiring, circuit breakers, and other electrical components while adhering to safety standards.
• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks, including minor plumbing, painting, and other building maintenance work as required.
• Conduct routine inspections of store facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Observe and comply with all workplace safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or graduate of a technical course in Electrical Technology, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Technology, or any related field.
• At least 3–5years of experience in building, facility, or store maintenance is preferred.
• TESDA National Certificate (NC II) is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in electrical troubleshooting, wiring installation, air conditioning maintenance and cleaning, basic carpentry, plumbing repairs, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and other building systems.
• Able to use common hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment and performing manual maintenance tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Willing to render overtime, work on weekends or holidays, and respond to emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.
