Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine checks, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical).
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with mechanical and critical equipment (e.g., generators, pumps).
- General Upkeep: Perform general carpentry, painting, lock installations, and minor construction tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, utilizing protective equipment and safe work practices.
- Logging and Reporting: Log operational data, monitor utility readings, and report equipment abnormalities to the engineering or property management team.
