Multi Skilled Technician

Job Summary

The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and building systems. The role ensures that facilities and equipment remain safe, functional, and operating efficiently through timely inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and utilities.
• Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting works as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Perform other technical and maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2-5 years' experience in maintenance and repair of building facilities;
• Must be a certified electrician;
• Must be at least a high school graduate or graduate of any vocational / technical course
