Principal functions and responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential and commercial buildings(e.g., wiring faults, socket/power failures, circuit breakers, lighting systems).
  • Install and maintain electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit panels in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.
  • Respond to service calls for general building maintenance, including minor plumbing, Air conditioning system, electrical and repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and recommend preventive actions.
  • Maintain and update maintenance logs and service reports.
  • Work collaboratively with department heads, supervisors, or owners to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Provide emergency support for urgent maintenance issues, including on-call availability if required.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean/organize, safe work environment.
  • Ensures all electrical panels/valves/pumps and controls are properly tagged and labeled.
