• Conducts regular inspection of equipment to identify any issues.
• Ensures that all equipment are in good running condition.
• Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects. Repair faulty equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Basic AV and sound set up is also needed in case there is a requirement during duty on site
• Plan and schedule repairs of machines.
• Conducts weekly preventive maintenance on generating sets, fire protection system and other mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Conducts cleaning of assigned equipment room.
• Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.        
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.

Qualifications:

- Must be knowledgeable in UPS monitoring

- Basic Electrical Checking and troubleshooting

- AC monitoring & troubleshooting

- Basic AV set up

- Knowledgeable in Plumbing

- Fire Protection equipment knowledge
