Qualifications

• Experience in building or property maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair works
• TESDA NC II certification is an advantage
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in One Infinite Loop, Pasig City

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of building facilities and equipment
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and air-conditioning repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair building concerns reported by tenants and administration
• Monitor utility systems such as generators, pumps, lighting, and water systems
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major repair and maintenance works
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of tools and materials
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance concerns
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and property management standards
