• Maintain the building, its facilities, machinery, and amenities
• Prepare rooms for move-in conditions
• Fix problems with working order
• Inspect rooms for move-out clearance
• Multi-task and assist in other matters when called for
• Knowledge or expertise in painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tiling, welding, masonry, air con maintenance and the like

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Short Course Certificate, or any equivalent
• With at least 3 yrs. experience in maintenance or utility work
• Normal vision and hearing
• Vices like smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited
• Must have a positive work attitude, flexible, hard-working with good customer service, and willing to learn
• Stay-in required. FREE LODGING IS PROVIDED FOR.
