General Technician

Responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, equipment, or facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). They identify issues using diagnostic tools, maintain inventory, ensure safety compliance, and uphold operational efficiency. Common roles include automotive service, industrial maintenance, and facility repairs. 

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, tools, and, in some cases, vehicles.
• Diagnostic Testing: Utilize diagnostic tools to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
• Facility Support: Perform general maintenance, such as plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC system checks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
