Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues across multiple trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow maintenance schedules and work orders effectively.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environmental conditions including indoor and outdoor settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
