Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing building, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnose, service, and repair faults in building, mechanical, and electrical installations, plant, and equipment, including gas systems where applicable 
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct planned preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
• Installation and Assembly: Manufacture, assemble, and install new plant, equipment, and building systems, performing testing and inspections as required 
• Documentation and Compliance: Complete all necessary documentation, test certificates, and maintain records in line with statutory and organizational requirements

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and building systems, including the use of hand and machine tools, and testing equipment
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults efficiently across various technical domains
