Multi Skilled Technician

Responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of building facilities, utilities, and equipment. The role ensures that preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards to support uninterrupted facility operations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or technical supervision.
• Graduate in any related course or with NCII certificate
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned to various locations as required.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Facilities Management, Property Management, Manufacturing, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, or Industrial Facilities.
