1. Reports to the Lead Technician, and overall leads Asst Facilities Manager and/or Front Desk Lead.

2. Conducts regular checking/inspection of all facilities equipment while on duty.

3. Ensures that all equipment are in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.

4. Implements instructions from Asst Facilities Officer and/or Facilities Coordinator on matters that require immediate attention.

5. Conducts monthly checking of all fire safety equipment and fixtures.

6. Performs small modifications or quick repair works related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical.

7. Attends to requests related to equipment setup, technology setup and other engineering/ technical services.

8. Accomplish daily equipment checklist ab=nd schedule of periodic preventive maintenance.

9. Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by other sub-contractors such as air conditioning system, UPS, etc.
