Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and safety standards.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly.
- Install, repair, and replace facility components and equipment.
- Monitor system performance and report abnormalities or potential risks.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Support facility improvement and energy-saving initiatives.
