Description :
- Experience in building and construction on electrical, drywall, fiber cement boards and plumbing
- Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and fixtures.
- Regular inspections of the maintenance systems
- Collaborate with contractors for extensive repairs and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide timely responses to emergent maintenance issues.
- Maintain records of procedures, repairs, and warranties.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree
- Experience Level: At least 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role. Have in-depth experience in installing fiber cement boards, drywall and IMC/EMT piping.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing systems, carpentry, and masonry. Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repair
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine and emergency maintenance and repairs, ensure the safety and efficiency of building systems, and respond quickly to service requests.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position that may require working in various environments, including outdoors, and may involve some after-hours or emergency callouts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication abilities for effective interaction with team members and facility occupants.
