Job Description
Description
- Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the building/store equipment and facilities. Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other related tasks.
- Assist contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance. Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects.
Requirements
- Inspecting and troubleshooting machines.
- Repairing faulty machines or equipment.
- Writing safety procedures and maintenance plans.
- Negotiating with clients and suppliers
- Maintaining tools.
- Referring tasks to specialists.
- Monitoring advancements in the industry.
- Technical knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience
- At least High school/ Senior High school graduate
