Shift Time: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM PHT, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone and email inquiries.
• Log, investigate and support the resolution of system faults. 
• Provide network maintenance. 
• Monitor the help desk and respond to hardware, software and network requests from users in troubleshooting computer problems (hardware, software and network) following best practices. 
• Liaising with vendors and third parties to resolve issues.
• Provide network administration support (establishing connections, firewall management, interface configuration, point of contact for Internet providers, troubleshoot network devices. etc.) 
• Assist in documenting all IT procedures. Maintain instructions and procedures.

• Experience in an IT Systems Engineer/ Systems Engineer role, resolving Level 2 issues for Windows Desktop and Server OS for a minimum of 2 years.
• Experience with Office365/M365 Environment. 
• Experience with Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and other business applications. 
• Experience working in an SLA environment and ideally with experience using a ticketing system. 
• Basic networking, troubleshooting, and understanding (VLAN, Firewalls, Routing). 
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Presentable and energetic. 

Good to have:

• Good documentation skills.
• Experience working in an MSP. 
• Good troubleshooting skills in office peripherals (Printers, Scanners, Photocopiers).
