Observation Skills

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, including vehicle maintenance, repairs and servicing schedules.
Review odometer readings, trip logs, and known mileage to ensure accuracy of trip logs and to detect any unauthorized use of equipment
Prepares and verifies monthly reports on usage of rented heavy equipment.
Coordinate activities including work assignment, setting priorities & targets and directing work of his subordinates.
Review repair request & make appropriate recommendations.
Check request for industrial tools, equipment, supplies, replacement parts and other materials in the motorpool area.
Analyze productivity and implement efficiency program.
Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree preferably Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years experience in the same position.
With background on automotive engine, hydraulics, light & heavy construction equipment.
Strong leadership skills. Capable of leading team of mechanics.
Follow process and documentation controls stated in manuals & ISO requirements.
Must have NCI or NCII certificate.
