Description
- Shape and form materials into molds for themed attractions at MK Themed Attractions Philippines Inc.
- Read and interpret blueprints and design specifications.
- Prep work area and select appropriate mold-making compounds.
- Ensure quality control standards are met and adhere to industry safety protocols.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School degree minimum.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in molding or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating molding machines, understanding of molding techniques and materials, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate molding machinery, monitor production for quality and consistency, maintain equipment, and report any malfunctions or irregularities.
- Working Conditions: Factory or workshop environment, may involve exposure to high temperatures and loud noises, requiring the use of protective gear.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, mechanically inclined, with good hand-eye coordination and the ability to stand for extended periods.
