Responsibilities

• Perform drive test measurements for wireless networks
• Analyze and interpret network performance data and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct site surveys to identify network coverage and capacity gaps
• Collaborate with network design and optimization teams to implement solutions
• Provide technical support to field technicians and other teams
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices
• Develop and maintain test plans and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wireless technology

Job Requirements

-Fresh Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering or any computer-related course

-Relevant Experience is an advantage.

-Interest in mobile communication technology, with foundational network knowledge.

-Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and adaptability to outdoor drive test work.

-Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

-Willing to work and travel within Mindanao

-Must have a personal Laptop.
