Job Description
- Perform all aspects of the repair and maintenance on mobile phones.
- Ensure that repairs are completed in accordance with company standards, procedures and policies.
- Ensure proper operation of equipment to ensure safe working conditions.
- Maintain accurate records as required by law or agency regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service).
- Work closely with other technician’s/staff members at various locations throughout the country.
- Cell Phone Servicing (Hardware & Software) Graduate/Electronics Engineer Graduate or equivalent
- NC II Holder / Cellphone Repair Certificate or equivalent is a plus
- Atleast 6 months of experience as a technician in related field required
- Proficient computer skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal skills.
- Can handle work pressure
