Hiring: HR ServiceNow App Specialist

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 WFH and 3 Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and HRSD processes

* Experience with Flow Designer, ATF, Catalog Development, API testing, deployment, and integration

* Experience with Azure Fundamentals and Azure DevOps

* Background in CMDB and ITSM is an advantage

* Experience coordinating with multiple product teams and stakeholders

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

* Stable employment history required

Responsibilities:

* Manage and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions

* Work with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps tools

* Support CI/CD lifecycle management and test automation frameworks

* Develop and maintain HRSD processes and integrations

* Communicate process updates and new capabilities to stakeholders

* Help build and standardize enterprise-wide platform processes
