The Milk Tea Barista is responsible for crafting high-quality milk tea beverages and providing excellent customer service. This role involves preparing ingredients, operating equipment, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation:
• Brew and prepare a variety of milk tea beverages, including bubble tea, flavored teas, and specialty drinks.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality in flavor and presentation.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and answer questions about menu items.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels of tea, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Operate and maintain tea brewing equipment, blenders, and other machinery.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with training new staff on beverage preparation and customer service protocols.
• Promotions and Upselling:
• Inform customers about seasonal specials and promotions.
• Upsell additional items such as snacks or desserts to enhance the customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a café or food service environment is a plus.
• Passion for tea and knowledge of different types and preparation methods.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
