WHAT MID LEVEL RPA DEVELOPER LOOK FORWARD TO DO WELL

A Mid-Level RPA Developer is responsible for analyzing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for automation. This entails collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the pain points within various processes. By leveraging their technical expertise, these developers design automated solutions using RPA tools, ensuring that the end product aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. Another critical aspect of a Mid-Level RPA Developer's role involves providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers. By sharing their knowledge and experience, they contribute to building a skilled team capable of tackling increasingly complex automation challenges. Moreover, they may participate in training sessions for end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to automated processes and fostering a culture of acceptance toward new technologies.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath to automate business processes, particularly focusing on Freshdesk integrations.
• Process Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
• Solution Implementation: Implement end-to-end automation solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for existing automations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated processes within the existing systems.
• Training and Support: Train and support team members and stakeholders on using and maintaining automation solutions.

Why You

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UIPath.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Proficiency in UIPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UIPath components.
• Experience in automating Freshdesk processes is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices and design patterns.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, VB.Net, or C# is a plus.
