Education: B.S Biology / Microbiology, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or other related courses

Experience: At least 1-2 years experience in the related field of work. Preferably with technical know-how in contract packaging.

Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Must be analytical.
• Attentive to detail.
• Accuracy of data records.
• Can manage and operate laboratory equipment.

Job Description:

• Conducts microbial testing and environmental sanitation
• Conducts, prepares, and gives microbial test reports and analysis to ensure products conform to specifications and process parameters set still applicable
• Ensures corrective and preventive actions are implemented to prevent occurrence of quality and sanitation incidents
• Ensures self and co-worker’s welfare & safety are top priorities by ensuring company rules and regulations are strictly implemented and followed
• Ensures that products produced are safe and of good quality by ensuring good manufacturing and food safety practices are followed and monitored to ensure product quality and safety.
