- Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, packages, and correspondence to internal and external recipients.
- Ensure that all deliveries are accurate, complete, and received by the intended recipient.
- Handle confidential documents and materials with discretion.
- Maintain a delivery log and obtain signatures for all deliveries and pickups.
- Run errands such as paying bills, mailing documents, and collecting supplies.
- Assist in photocopying, filing, and other administrative tasks when needed.
- Ensure that the company vehicle or motorcycle (if assigned) is well-maintained, clean, and properly documented.
- Observe traffic rules and safety regulations while on duty.
- Report any issues, delays, or incidents during deliveries to the immediate supervisor.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
