- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the model units and guardhouse
- Provide assistance on sales activities (open house)
- Ability to maintain all housekeeping stocks
- Knowledge of the correct handling and application of chemicals
- Knowledge of the proper operation and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow specific instructions
- Ability to enforce safety procedures
- Ability to perform housekeeping tasks
- Knowledge and ability to apply cleaning techniques, methods, and proper use of equipment
- Must be willing to proceed with the medical requirements
- Able to work long hours and can perform physical activities such as mopping, carrying loads, etc.
- At least high school level or graduate
- Knowledgeable on minor repairs (replacement of doorknobs, replacement of busted bulbs, etc.)
- Willing to be part of an agency
- Willing to start as soon as possible
