- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials to and from various locations as assigned.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, secure, and completed in a timely manner.
- Drive company vehicles responsibly and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies. Maintain delivery logs and obtain proper signatures or receipts for items delivered.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with general office support tasks when not on delivery duties (e.g., filing, photocopying, running errands).
- Handle items and information with confidentiality and discretion. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients, colleagues, and the public.
