- Deliver Documents and Packages: Transport messages, documents, and small packages on foot to assigned locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Follow Routes and Schedules: Adhere to daily delivery routes and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and efficiency standards.
- Provide Professional Customer Service: Interact politely with recipients, answer basic inquiries, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive materials.
- Maintain Delivery Records: Log delivery details, collect signatures when needed, and report issues or delays to the supervisor.
- Ensure Safety and Security: Follow pedestrian safety rules, secure all items during transit, and stay alert while on duty.
- Assist with Office and Miscellaneous Tasks: Support office errands or help with additional deliveries outside assigned routes when requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a delivery or courier role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Basic navigation skills and knowledge of the local area.
- Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Good physical stamina, as the job requires walking and carrying packages.
- Willing to be assigned at Alabang, Muntinlupa
- 1-3 working experience
