The role involves supervising merchandising activities, conducting store visits, monitoring displays and planogram compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to support sales and marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor merchandising activities across assigned stores or locations.
  • Ensure proper product display, availability, pricing, and planogram compliance.
  • Conduct regular store visits and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and presentation.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams regarding merchandising requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve merchandising performance.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of merchandising staff.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, product displays, and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to conduct regular store visits and fieldwork as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
