The Retail Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing visual merchandising initiatives to ensure consistent brand presentation across all retail channels. The role oversees procurement coordination, system applications, production and delivery monitoring, and in-store execution of merchandising materials while working closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for the production and fabrication of POSM, display fixtures, and merchandising materials.
• Process and manage system applications for new merchandising materials, purchase requests, deployment approvals, and material allocation.
• Monitor the production, inventory, delivery, and nationwide deployment of merchandising materials to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales Team, and store personnel to ensure proper distribution and installation of merchandising materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to verify display execution, branding compliance, and visual merchandising standards.
• Audit store displays and submit photo documentation, compliance reports, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support new store openings, product launches, promotional campaigns, and other retail marketing initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment, inventory, and execution reports.
• Perform other Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Procurement Coordination, Field Execution, or a similar role.
• Experience in handling POSM production, merchandising deployment, and retail execution is an advantage.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and warehouse coordination is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel nationwide as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience using ERP systems, inventory management software, procurement systems, or retail execution applications is an advantage.
