- Utilize your keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills as a Merchandising Assistant at Excel Pro Placement & Services, Inc., a leader in HR & Recruitment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and coordinate merchandise logistics.
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and executing promotional campaigns.
- Help analyze market trends to support strategic merchandising decisions.
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level with less than 1 year of experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in teamwork, public speaking, sales training, and sales management.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment requiring flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Energetic, proactive, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
