As a Merchandising Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team to drive sales through attractive product displays, effective promotions, and well-managed inventory. Your responsibilities will include daily product allocations, data analysis, and assisting with online and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the allocation of watches to retail locations for optimal stock levels and visual appeal
2. Track inventory levels, analyze sales data, and implement pricing strategies
3. Manage promotional assortments to achieve financial targets
4. Communicate with sales associates and customers to ensure product knowledge and display execution
5. Stay updated on watch trends, prepare merchandising reports required, and provide insights for decision-making

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in SM consignment and other department stores is a plus
• Passion for watches and retail industry
• Residing in Manila or willing to be assigned at Binondo Manila
