About the role

Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Specialist to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring our products are effectively merchandised and displayed in retail stores, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
• Regularly visit assigned retail stores to audit product placement, shelf conditions, and inventory levels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure in-store promotions and displays are executed to plan
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the wider business on merchandising best practices
• Maintain detailed records and report on store performance and compliance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role
• Strong understanding of effective retail merchandising principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store personnel
• Keen eye for detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Proficient in using relevant retail data and analytics to inform merchandising decisions
• Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
