What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Basic ability to read and understand Korean is a plus
- Familiarity with Korean food, beauty products, and K-culture
- Interest in Korean market trends
What you'll be doing
- Support brand research, planning, and development
- Assist in marketing strategy development
- Manage and maintain social media platforms
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Assist in inventory monitoring and supervision
Key Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Awareness of current market and consumer trends
- Ability to assist in merchandising and product planning
- Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience with social media platforms
- Strong interest in Korean culture and market trends
