Description
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product placement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create attractive displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock products accordingly.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify new merchandising opportunities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in merchandising or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Working Conditions: May require standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise.
