Description
- Assist in the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability and presentation meets company standards.
- Maintain store displays and stock levels to optimize visual merchandising.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to enhance inventory decisions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
