The Product Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that all products are properly displayed, organized, and maintained in accordance with company and store standards. This role involves regular shelf replenishment, inventory monitoring, and ensuring product visibility and appeal to customers. The Product Merchandiser also supports sales activities by maintaining clean, orderly, and well-stocked shelves to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (entry-level)
- Skills and Competencies: Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Inventory Management
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willing to learn and perform various merchandising tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
