- Assist in planning and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize product placement and inventory management
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed to avoid shortages
- Develop attractive product displays to increase customer engagement and sales
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of merchandising principles
- Qualities and Traits: Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Working Conditions: Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
